The consultations and services Ms Benli has provided to me, and continues to do so, included advice on my diet and nutrition, after taking blood tests for a surgery revealed I was at risk of Type 2 Diabetes, which I have since reverse. Her nutritional advice has radically changed the way I eat, in terms of what I consume, and patterns and times I eat, which also motivated me to take up regular exercise; as a result, I have lost around 13 kilos.
